You can send your birthday card or some other letters, presents to Mai-K by following address. 〒106-0032 東京都港区六本木5-2-1 ほうらいやビル5階 (株)ループ内 倉木麻衣FC「Mai-K.net」 倉木麻衣宛
You can write down your name, address, telephone number, and FC member number on the letters. Mai-K.net staff will transfer your letter to Mai-K for a little time. So, do not send drinks or food.
